- Do I need a title to sell my junk car?

- What documents do I need to sell my junk car?
- The main document you'll need is your vehicle's title, showing you as the owner. Having a valid photo ID ready at pickup is also recommended to help verify your identity.

Vehicle Condition
- Can you buy a car that doesn't run?
- Yes. We buy running and non-running cars, trucks, SUVs, and minivans, including wrecked or damaged vehicles.
- Can you buy a wrecked or damaged car?

- What if my car is missing tires, wheels, or other parts?
- We still want to hear from you. Let us know what's missing when you request a quote so we can plan accordingly.
- Does my vehicle need all four tires and wheels?
- It doesn't have to. It's one of the quick details we ask for on the quote form so we can give you an accurate offer, but a missing tire or wheel doesn't rule out a pickup.
- Do you buy trucks, SUVs, vans, and minivans?

- Can I sell a very old vehicle, or one that's been sitting for years?

Pickup & Process
- Is vehicle pickup really free?
- Yes, pickup is free anywhere within our service area, with no hidden fees.
- How quickly can you pick up my vehicle? Do you offer same-day pickup?
- Often, yes, especially if you request a quote earlier in the day and your title is ready. It depends on your location and that day's schedule, so it isn't guaranteed for every request. See our guide to what to expect on pickup day for what actually affects timing.
- Do I need to be present for pickup?
- Someone authorized to sign over the title and accept payment needs to be present at pickup. Call us if you need to make other arrangements.
- Can you pick up my vehicle from a repair shop, driveway, or another location?
- Yes, we can pick up from most locations, home, work, a repair shop, or elsewhere, as long as the vehicle is accessible.
- What happens after I accept an offer?

- Vehicles are removed from your property and processed according to standard industry practice for end-of-life and salvage vehicles.
- How does junk car recycling work?
- Vehicles typically go through a structured process: fluids and hazardous materials are removed first, usable parts are recovered for resale, and the remaining metal is shredded and recycled.
